Zhengzheng (ZZ) Wiley is our Team Lead, Listing Specialist and Commercial Lead. She loves helping clients through the entire real estate buying and selling process. For sellers, from meticulously preparing their homes to sell, expertly marketing it and then fiercely negotiating the best deal, ZZ has a proven record of setting neighborhood highest price sold records throughout the Charlotte region. Originally came from China, ZZ has been calling Carolinas home for 20 years. ZZ holds a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from NC State University and was a professional engineer for 10 years with 7 years serving a global consulting firm and 3 years the public sector before she started her career in real estate. ZZ's engineering background brings a level of thoroughness, strategic thinking as well as strong problem-solving and negotiation skills to her business that make her stand out from the rest.
Hui King is our team's Buyer Specialist. Hui holds a Master’s degree in Mass Communications from California State University in San Jose, CA. Prior to real estate, she served as a senior and trusted strategic analytical advisor to the Executive Management Team at Gartner, a leading research and advisory company. Based on her analytical instinct for the housing market and long-term family planning, the King family decided to relocate from San Ramon, CA to Charlotte, NC. She fell in love with Charlotte. From selling a house, renting a house, and buying a house during the move, she enjoyed the process and learned precious lessons on how to make the relocation less painful and more enjoyable. She would love to share her own experience and help you settle down in Charlotte.
Chloe Huang is our team's Buyer Specialist and Property Manager. She loves to find buyers their dream home to suit every single one of their unique needs and help our investor clients manage their properties to maximize their return on investment. She is a strong negotiator and works tirelessly for our clients. Chloe holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance. She started her career as a Stock Broker and later on became a successful sales representative at Nordstrom. After joining our team, she has quickly become one of the top producers in our Market Center.
Nick Wiley is our team's Listing Agent and Commercial Agent. Prior to real estate, Nick worked as a Senior IT Security Analyst for several Fortune 500 companies, including IBM, Microsoft, and Duke Energy, etc.
Stella Fan is our team's Transaction Coordinator. She loves helping us stay organized so we can help our clients at the highest level! She enjoys helping buyers and sellers through the contract to close process. She holds a Master's degrees in Finance.
