We wanted to take a moment to thank those who attended ZZ Carolina Home Group's recent Client Appreciation Pie Day Event at our new office in Ballantyne! It was great for us to get together as a group, acknowledge those who helped us have an amazing year, and share our gratitude for the continued trust and support from our clients and friends! In 2021, we helped 92 clients buy and sell in real estate. The best part is: 90% of our business was from repeat clients and referrals! Without you, we wouldn't be able to achieve what we have done!
We had a blast talking with all our guests who we hadn't seen in a while and seeing how the children are getting so big! Our guests were also able to connect with one another, a great way to form friendships and make business connections.
We hired the celebrity chef from the catering company Seasoned Provisions to bring us a wide array of gourmet tapas. ZZ baked healthy and delicious chicken wines and veggies herself for our guests. We also prepared a yummy wine and cheese bar. While everything tasted AMAZING, the most popular food was the homemade cheese/cranberry and cheese/tuna buns made by one of our clients, which means a lot to us!
After enjoying our time together, guests received a pie from The Peach Stand in Fort Mill, SC as a thank you gift to share with their families. Guests were also able to sample the flavors: pineapple upside down, apple, pumpkin and berry. Pineapple upside down pie was definitely the 2021 crowd favorite!
We feel very fortunate to get to know so many wonderful people by helping them buy or sell in real estate. They start as clients and become friends! Our team isn't just here for the business. Our ultimate goal is to create lifelong friendships! Once you're a ZZ Carolina Home Group client, you're always a client and friend!
