There were more houses listed for sale in July than any other other month so far this year! So far in 2021, more houses have sold and the average sales price is 18% more than last year. Houses this year are only on the market for half the time (20 days on average!) as last year. We are STILL seeing multiple offer situations, most for above asking price.
